Client Sales Manager (CSM) Position Overview:
As a Client Sales Manager for the leading self-storage company in the GTA, you will be interacting over the phone, email, social media and marketing platforms, with potential customers. You will be responsible for maintaining XYZ Storage's reputation for unparalleled customer service while selling our self-storage services.
You will be working out of our office located in Toronto Weston rd and St Clair... accessible by both public transit and car. Free Parking is available!!

The Client Sales Manager role is exciting, challenging and requires an individual that thinks quickly on their feet and is able to communicate effectively on the phone and over written correspondence. We are looking for applicants that show strong skills in multitasking, organization, time management, and someone that isn't afraid to ask for the sale! What Will You Do?
The rewarding part of this career is helping to find solutions for people who are in need of storage. As an expert in the industry, sales skills are needed along with the ability to convey to potential customers why we are the best as they may be shopping around. Our preferred candidates portray confidence, and are quick to ascertain the needs of our leads, sell our features and benefits, and can effectively close the sale!
You will be responsible for a combination of inbound, and outbound calling and emailing. High quality leads will be provided by phone, form submissions and emails as well as follow ups for customers that have walked into our stores, and have not converted. Reaching out to new businesses, building relationships, selling our services along with working on cross promotions and referral strategies are all part of the day to day.
80-90% of all leads will be provided, 10-20% will have to be hunted. Direction and resources will be provided. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, and are held accountable to generate a database of prospects and manage the sales stages. Daily call volumes are between 70-100 calls per day including voicemails and no answers.
