  • Cold calling
  • initiating multiple outbound communications (through phone, email and social media) to potential clients in order to book demo appointments
  • Gain an adequate understanding of company modules and services, and its position in the industry
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from existing prospect list
  • Provide prospective clients with overview of modules and services offered, and other additional information, as needed
  • Maintain and develop daily plans to maximize high volume phone time (80-100 calls per day), including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect types
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Diligently and efficiently maintaining CRM database of prospective client information
  • ensuring accurate information, documenting prospect interaction and following lead management process
  • Consistently achieving personal targets (monthly and quarterly)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to balance scripted parts of the call with interpersonal skills and critical thinking
  • Possesses a confident, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Has the tenacity to handle rejections and continue on with a positive attitude
  • Entrepreneurial, persuasive and goal-oriented. Always looking for new ways to succeed and drive more demo appointments
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a track record of successful prospecting
  • Well organized and able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in standard productivity tools
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
