We are a fast growing, scaling company and are looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated team member in our Toronto office to develop, lead, and execute our long-term marketing and communication strategy. You will work directly with the executive team as well as our talented leadership team in Sales, Engineering, and Product Management on a day to day basis to help realize the long term vision of AOMS Technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of growth marketing strategies for global expansion
  • Lead the implementation of the marketing strategy, including marketing and promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and PR
  • Plan, develop, lead, and execute digital advertising campaigns (Paid search, Display, Remarketing & Paid social) across different marketing and social media platforms
  • Manage the development of high converting landing pages using WordPress to generate leads
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to senior leadership on a monthly basis
  • Work closely with the company's Sales and Product Management teams to define appropriate marketing materials and programs
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with sales activities and provide the Sales team with the appropriate tools and materials to help them meet business objectives
  • Manage all content and ensure that external and internal contents have a consistent message
  • Lead and plan the company's trade show activities
  • Prepare and oversee the company's marketing budget
  • Keep high level of understanding of AOMS' latest products and the ability to map them to industry segments and specific customers
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Expertise in Google Marketing Tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) & Paid Social Platforms (Linkedin Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Deep knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Familiar with Email marketing tools (Constant Contact/ Outreach), CRM tools (Hubspot or Salesforce preferred) and development in WordPress
  • Excellent time management, strong attention to details, and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong creative outlook
  • Independent and motivated to make an impact as a leader in a fast-paced growing company
  • Passionate about new tools and technologies to improve business processes
  • Ability to travel internationally
