What's on your plate:
Leadership:Oversee a team of 3-5 direct reports and leverage EQ to provide effective coaching techniques to promote a learning and growth environment
Executional Excellence:Support the team's deployment of complex multi-channel projects that drive order volume, new users and market share
Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with key internal (Restaurant Partnerships, Business Intelligence, Creative, Digital, Brand, Product, Ops, Legal) and external stakeholders; leverage those relationships to break down roadblocks as needed
Strategic Vision:Prioritize the ?why? before the ?what?, anchor decisions based on data and insights
Data Intelligence:Leverage an acute understanding of data to inform strategies and decision making
Creativity:Lead by example and promote out-of-the-box thinking to set Skip apart from competitors; status quo isn't in your vocabulary
Business Development:Work with senior stakeholders to identify and qualify new opportunities for maximum potential
Reporting:Maintain and provide timely reports and success metrics including monthly reports and QBRs; leverage reporting to optimize initiatives
Skip Expert:Develop a deep understanding of Skip's customers, products and use cases
Recipe for success:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field; agency and/or consulting experience is preferred
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building effective strategies that deliver against objectives
Deep experience and appreciation for building relationships with various types/levels of stakeholders
Exceptional account management experience, effective in managing competing priorities while significantly contributing to company growth objectives
Strategic thinker that can identify and unlock growth opportunities while navigating through barriers
Fast learner who is highly organized and able to adapt to a rapid-growth and dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct themselves professionally under pressure
Positive team player that isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
Live and breath our vision and values
Nice to have:
Foundational knowledge of the restaurant industry
Tableau, Google Data Studio or other data visualization platforms
Braze or other eCRM platforms
Asana, Jira, Trello or other project management platforms
Post-secondary education
Fluent in French
