Contract Sales Operations Coordinator

Who is Native Shoes looking for?

This role provides exposure into how a wholesale sales operations department works. With the opportunity to understand our back end sales process by learning and executing on ERP and EDI order processing, this role will gain exposure to support international and North American wholesale channels. In addition, the role will be integral in ensuring that we maintain a positive customer experience through all communication platforms.

What would I be responsible for?

  • Follow up with customers for updated payment details, process credit card payments in a timely manner and in accordance to PCI compliance requirements
  • Respond to Wholesale Customer Service tickets within defined SLAs, communicate to key team members action or information required
  • Manage orders through the ERP system by doing, cancel or ship window adjustments, order releases, order adjustments, and pick list releases
  • Liaise and build relationships with in house Sales team
  • Create weekly reports for upcoming orders and/or past cancel dates
  • Support operations with sales order reporting, as needed

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn and navigate systems
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format
  • Proven prioritization and organization skills
