As a Pipeline Marketing Programs Specialist, you work cross-functionally in the execution of pipeline creation and acceleration programs, through multi-channel campaigns, and apply a critical lens when it comes to digital channel orchestration and interdependencies. You will report to the Director, Pipeline & Marketing Automation, and you will work closely with Digital Channel teams, Brand, Automation and Sales. This role can be based remotely in either Vancouver or Toronto.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assists in the execution of multi-channel programs, working with channel teams and project managers to define program timelines and workback schedules to guarantee timely execution.
  • Assists in the execution of webinars, taking ownership of tasks such as ON24 platform configuration, managing rehearsals with presenters, and performing the QA process on assets related to webinar promotion.
  • Capable of building scoping project deliverables and workback schedules by understanding dependencies between tasks.
  • Be a key member of the Go To Market team in a multi-channel campaign and lead the execution of demand generation programs, collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Field, Sales, Automation and other teams as needed.
  • Report on program effectiveness by building reports to identify campaign effectiveness using various sources (Marketo, SalesForce), analysing results and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the Hootsuite's profile on third party review sites, working proactively in the sourcing of new reviews from Hootsuite's users of all company sizes and plans
  • Identify opportunities and create bridges internally to leverage reviews

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2-5 years experience in growth marketing, email marketing or webinar marketing
  • Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and in prioritizing tasks based on the impact they have to colleagues and the business
  • Experience with reporting on project and program performance, providing insights and recommendations, as well as making decisions based on data
  • Advanced use of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience working with Third Party Review vendors such as G2

  • Process/Project Management: skilled at figuring out and managing the processes and timelines necessary to get work accomplished

  • Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding
