Imagine building and leading your team to help North American non-profits raise the critical funding they need to make the world a better place.

What you will do: Reporting to the President, you will lead a team of Elite Sales Representatives to meet the team's aggressive new business acquisition objectives. Your main responsibilities include training and developing top flight sales talent to meet and exceed your team's targets.

About You:

  • An expert with a track record in designing optimal sales systems and inspiring your team to meet and exceed them in a structured, consultative selling environment.
  • Needless to say, strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, motivational skills and a hands-on approach to supporting your team are essential.
