Sales and Business Development Executive
HealthOPM is looking for an experienced business development executive with strong selling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our recruitment, staffing and RPO Services. You will develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to increase sales and maximize profits by developing new accounts through telemarketing, inside/outside activities and other sales strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Will have the ability to identify opportunities and target accounts
- Develop and execute strategies to generates leads and increase market share
- Responsible for attracting, developing, and managing new relationships
- Executive sales strategies to meet, achieve and exceed sales goals
- Proactively generates leads, develops and manages a sales pipeline
- Anticipates prospective client needs and prepares and conducts presentations
- Prepares and closes contracts within anticipated timelines
- Continuous prospecting and relationship building
- Develops a strategy for long-term success
- Identify and develop cross business opportunities
- Sourcing high caliber candidates and effectively handling candidate and client relationship
- Visits client and prospect premises to gain knowledge of client workforce planning and staffing nuances
- Maintain written & electronic records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements
- Develop an awareness of local competitors and industry trends

Job Type: Full-time,
- 8 Hour Shifts, Monday
- Friday
Salary: $35,000.00
- $48,000.00/year
Commission Pay based on revenue target met and contracts closed

Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Min 2 years of experience in a business development role
- Experience in the recruitment industry, is a must
