POSITION OVERVIEW

At Kent Imaging, the Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and website communications and management, and other marketing activities as required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver the digital communications plan based on marketing strategy
  • Create digital campaigns and manage drip-marketing process, leveraging our CRM and digital marketing platform (SalesForce®/Pardot)
  • Manage website content and SEO performance
  • Analyze website, social media and digital campaign performance and make recommendations to drive awareness and engagement
  • Create and manage LinkedIn Circles for wider reach
  • Analyze industry data to enhance targeted approach to digital engagement
  • Write blogs, news posts and announcements
  • Prepare and manage press releases
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
  • Research, monitor and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Marketing, Media and Communications or related area of study
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing role, with at least 3 years of digital
  • marketing managing digital campaigns and lead nurturing programs
  • Experience with social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience with digital data analytics
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Very comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare industries an asset
  • Experience with SalesForce®/Pardot an asset
  • Graphic design skills/experience an asset
  • Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment
