Who we are looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture retail, or supplier in the fertilizer industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Management Role.
• Creativity to develop new Sales Strategies
• Sound knowledge of synthetic fertilizers and biological and carbon-based soil and plant health systems.
• Ability to influence new technology with regards to fertility and can quickly understand which farmers and dealers are willing to be early adopters with these new fertility programs.
