- 4 or more years in business operations, business analytics, management consulting and strategic operation role

- Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures in operations and presale support strategies for effective and efficient team operations.
- Conduct research and assessments of operational strengths and weakness.
- Identify business or operations risk that might negatively impact ability to drive toward strategic goals and offer solutions to solve problems or correct inefficiencies.
- Own strategic growth decisions for the marketplace business and be accountable in supporting the Global Platform team to deliver on aggressive growth goals
- Develop and operationalize the business strategy for Marketplace business line.
- Identify and lead critical initiatives to grow the Marketplace performance.
