What's On Your Plate:
Planning:Work with SKIP's Independent Restaurant team to identify and develop a fulsome annual calendar of meaningful and measurable marketing initiatives while being ready to deliver on ad hoc projects as needed
Executional Excellence:Ability to execute on complex multi-channel projects with competing priorities and minimal supervision. Liaise with Restaurant Success teams to build out powerful campaigns geared at driving results across the SKIP network.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with key internal (Restaurant Success, Commercial Partnerships, Business Intelligence, Creative, Digital, Brand, Product, Ops, Legal) and external stakeholders
Problem Solving:Successfully and autonomously dissect complex business problems and build strategic solutions. Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level.
Data Intelligence:Solid understanding of how to interpret data to inform strategies and decision making to drive business metrics
Creativity:Lead by example and promote out-of-the-box thinking to set SKIP apart from competitors; status quo isn't in your vocabulary
Business Development:Work with senior stakeholders to identify and qualify new opportunities for maximum potential
Reporting:Maintain and provide timely reports and success metrics including monthly reports and QBRs
SKIP Expert:Develop a deep understanding of SKIP's customers, products and use cases
Recipe for success:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field; agency and/or consulting experience is preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role
Strong strategic planning and storytelling abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects at once
Fast learner, organized, reliable
Creative, intuitive, ambitious
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or equivalent analytics tools
Good understanding of digital marketing including eCRM
