Key areas of responsibility:

  • Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Sales, collaboratively leading the coordination of events, promotional materials, marketing collateral and sales team & departmental support, including management of vendor relationships and key partner deadlines
  • Maintenance of all marketing & sales compliance and information systems including pricing, sales contracts, MLS listings, RECBC licensing, statutory compliance, customer & partner databases, surveying, customer communications and feedback, market analysis and management reporting
  • Administrative support of the marketing, sales and acquisitions departments including meeting coordination and minutes, document management, scheduling, budgeting, presentation content layout and interdepartmental communication
  • Conduct research and market analysis, leveraging database and reporting tools to understand trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of real estate sales in a multi-family residential environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding administrative skills
  • Effective management of multiple projects, prioritizing workflows and adhering to strict schedules and tight deadlines
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Computer and technology proficiency: MS Office, web-based applications including CRM, Avesdo and survey tools
  • Motivated leader with a desire to collaborate, learn and contribute along with willingness to take direction
