Customer Business Representative
SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. The Customer Business Representative schedules appointments for customer service related work, coordinates service call scheduling for customer connect activities, administers the work order system for documentation completion and compliance, as well as providing general office support for the department by performing a variety of general and specialized duties including responding to natural gas service inquiries and requests.
The CBR will possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide sound judgment in daily decision making. Customer service and organizational skills are paramount. This position is permanent part-time and works approximately 3
- 5 days per week in a call centre environment (Monday
- Friday, 8am
Qualified applicants will possess:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Keyboard proficiency of 45 w.p.m.
Two (2) years experience in an office environment, utilizing word processing, spreadsheets, appointment scheduling, databases and applications.
Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
