What you'll do:
Responsible for the timely completion of prospective/existing client issued Request for Proposals (RFP) to accurately and favorably position Equifax services in both official languages
Coordinate and manage all aspects of RFP response process across all our LOB and Delivery teams and creating a core reference database with 90 days
Maintain open communications and work closely with stakeholders during the RFP process Account Teams, Sales Operations, Product, Delivery and LOB and Product Leaders
Identify appropriate internal subject matter experts to review/verify RFP responses
Establish and communicate appropriate deadlines to all stakeholders and work closely with our RFP PMO office
Consistently communicate with all RFP stakeholders to establish clear division of responsibilities
Collaborate with Product and Operations managers to address selected response items
Develop and maintain RFP response database for assigned service offerings
3-5 years of related experience
Proven effectiveness translating solutions into effective business proposals
Ability to analyze various business products and services
Experience coordinating proposal developments
Experience applying layout and other desktop publishing skills
Experience editing content for clarification and consistency with strong understanding of Cloud technologies language as well as digital solution offerings
Able to adhere to proposal schedule deadlines and the ability to work with three key business lines Fraud, Consumer and Commercial
Strong understanding and optimizing proposal databases, replying the technical requirements and creating a narrative that's aligned with our responses
Strength in Adobe, MS Word and Excel, with and strong understanding of shared environments such as Google Docs and Sheets
