We are looking for a Payroll Acquisition Specialist ready to drive change and make an impact with our Accountanting and Small Business Professionals. In this role you will drive new QuickBooks Payroll business while developing meaningful relationships with our Accountant Customers.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum Three years of customer service and/or consultative sales/account management experience
  • Deep understanding of Payroll systems and process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce.com & Pipeline Management
  • Strong account management skills
  • Must be highly organized

How you will lead

  • Drive and deliver new payroll acquisition sales targets while providing world class customer experiences
  • Act as key point of contact for assigned firms/accounts and responsible for developing positive and close relationships with the decision makers
  • Present the value and benefits of QuickBooks Online ecosystem to large and medium-sized accounting firms
  • Educate the accountant/firm on the future direction of the industry and leveraging Intuit's tools for moving their business to the Cloud and utilizing SaaS purchase models
  • Present the value and benefits of QuickBooks Online ecosystem to large and medium-sized accounting firms
  • Act as an escalation point for Customer Service or Support for the firm. Responsible for escalating customer issues to ensure resolution.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers, at times supporting them
  • Process orders via multiple tools, including QuickBase and Salesforce.com
