Key Responsibilities
- Lead, collaborate and provide guidance to Marketing and cross-functional partners
- Develop programs and campaigns that help in the overall achievement of engagement targets, follower growth goals and web traffic objectives
- Budget management and optimization
- Remain current with social media and content marketing trends
- Ensure workflow and processes are optimized
- Develop innovative marketing solutions to help address key business needs
- Work closely within our analytics tools and platform partners to ensure all relevant data points are captured and reported on
- Develop thoughtful insights from reporting that can drive optimizations
- Educate team on social media practices & trends
- Overall management of Meridian's Good Sense content hub (& motusbank's Good To Know blog)
- Maintain and share comprehensive social calendar with marketing team
- Support development and deployment of relevant and engaging content ensuring it is on-brand, consistent in style, quality and tone of voice
- Social media monitoring
- responding or deferring to relevant contact
- Primary focus will be on paid social strategies, less organic
- Investigate and test new social channels when relevant
- Support HR partners with the management of LinkedIn
- Provide oversight and guidance ensuring projects are executed on time and on budget.
- Responsible for creating and sharing reporting on a monthly basis, or more frequently when needed
