Marketing Campaign & Communications Coordinator

You will implement outreach initiatives and leverage sales sequencing tools to build brand awareness and generate leads in new cannabis retail markets. Your role will also include event coordination

  • assisting with the planning, execution, and marketing of live events & online webinars
  • and PR support, including pitching materials to targeted publications.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, virtual event promotion, lead conversion, and nurture programs
  • Collaborate with the creative team for development and support
  • Work with the event team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic to booths, exhibits, and webinars
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and across all communication channels
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Support continuous optimization of campaigns driving down costs (cost-per-click & cost-per-contact) while increasing leads
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities are driving sales activity to deliver on business goals
  • Contribute to PR efforts by pitching materials such as press releases and thought leader content to targeted publications

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of copywriting and/or digital marketing experience
  • 1-3 years event coordination experience is a plus
  • B2B experience is preferable
  • Experience with Hubspot is a bonus
