Job Brief

Maestro Consulting Group Inc in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Senior Sales Manager to accelerate our business activities across North America. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Must handle the sales team and should be responsible for the team's performance
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, trade shows, or conferences (if required)
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve better results
  • Adhere to both budgetary and time constraints
  • Should assist the management team during their official visit to Canada
  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales executive, or relevant role in Structural steel detailing/Construction industry or having field/shop experience is an added advantage
  • Minimum four years of experience
  • Strong business and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or PR holder
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be in the amount of C$4,000.00 per month
  • This position is eligible for an attractive incentive opportunity
  • In the event of adverse weather and pandemic, work from home option is available
