Your Team

Reporting to Justin Castelino, Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing marketing and customer experience initiatives at point-of sale and digital touchpoints, including websites and social media.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract position.

Your Key Deliverables


  • Set-up and maintain showhomes and point of sale locations in accordance with brand standards, including managing cleaning, landscaping and unattended access program
  • Maintain and update websites using Content Management System
  • Maintain and deploy e-mail marketing campaigns through CRM system
  • Work with internal and external partners to create, proof and distribute marketing material to support specific marketing initiatives, brand and value propositions, including signage, print collateral and digital materials
  • Coordinate and distribute digital media assets including photos and video
  • Approve and track costs and invoices
  • Support in-person and virtual events, such as grand openings
  • Assist in preparation of promotional strategies, schedules and budgets
  • Collaborate with Alberta and North American regional marketing teams on implementation of marketing programs and best practices


  • Prepare and submit award packages as required

Social Media

  • Support Marketing team with sourcing and creation of content for social media programming

Must Haves

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations
  • 2+ years of Marketing experience
  • Digital marketing (CMS and CRM) experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Exceptional ability to effectively multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with a cross functional group of internal and external team members
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
