The Integrated Marketing Manager is a strategic leadership role and a key member of the Stericycle Marketing & Strategy organization, reporting to Vice-President of Go-to-Market and Marketing.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated B2B marketing leader with a proven track record in driving B2B sales, to enable customer base and revenue growth.
The selected candidate will oversee end to end marketing planning and execution for the Shred-it brand under Stericycle suite of services and brands;
Work directly with Executive Leadership on critical strategic initiatives to meet our growth objectives and aspiration along with driving and influencing digital transformation
Provide leadership and oversight for the implementation of the commercial plans to maximize revenue and brand recognition including performance and impact management
The leader in this role will be accountable for the revenue growth plan, customer strategy and end of end ownership of the integrated marketing plan including customer engagement and lead generation, messaging and execution as well sales enablement.
Key Job Activities:
The role plays a pivotal function in the sales and marketing connection and will be the voice of marketing across the organization with Sales, Customer Experience, Operation and Finance.
Set direction and support flawless execution for messaging and content for the sales teams
Guide the creation of sales tools that align with all phases of the buying cycle to reduce days to close, increase close rates and higher revenue per customer
Establish effective working relationships with sales leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs
Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in markets
Develop and deliver appropriate field sales enablement tools
Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization
Develop overall marketing strategy including positioning, packaging and pricing across the product portfolio
Gather and apply customer insight to inform segment specific messaging and go to market campaigns for market differentiation
Partner with sales and operations to optimize customer acquisition through quality lead generation and improved retention rates
Set strategy to drive improved brand affinity through meaningful tradeshow presence and strategic partnerships

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other related field
Six or more years of marketing experience including building, planning and executing go-to-market plans Experience in marketing and implementing solutions into the target market segment and development and management of integrated marketing activities
Successful track record of increasing revenue and profit within a B2B environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across diverse and cross-functional teams
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills
Experience navigating within a CRM system beneficial
