Castle Hall is an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast-moving company that is looking to add a Business Development Specialist to our team. This role is in responds to an increasing demand for Castle Hall's services, and the firms commitment to executing an effective and well-constructed sales process. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with tracking and allocating inbound business development inquiries. Ensure timely responses in accordance with Castle Halls internal sales policies and procedures
  • Maintain the CEO's Business Development and Marketing calendar ensuring that all information required for meetings is updated and available
  • Assist in organizing, updating and maintaining Castle Hall's sales pipeline, tracking prospects/deals and other sales related reporting as required
  • Assist with virtual meetings and phone calls with prospective clients; take detailed meeting notes, ensuring that they are uploaded to Castle Hall's CRM platform and action points are assigned to the appropriate individuals
  • Attend internal business development team meetings as required, preparing minutes and ensure that action points are assigned to appropriate individuals
  • Prepare Master Service Agreements and engagement letters for prospective clients
  • Prepare NDAs as required
  • Prepare responses to RFP / RFI requests, ensuring consistency of responses and a clear presentation of Castle Hall's value proposition
  • Liaise with appropriate parties including internal team members, potential(CA1) clients, legal counsel, insurance broker and other third parties
  • Maintain and manage internal process flowchart and task lists
  • Other duties may be assigned

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in related field
  • Administrative experience is required; preferably in a related field
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi task
  • The ability to set priorities and create efficiencies where required
  • Strong work ethic with professional integrity and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Exceptional client-focus and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Pragmatic, solutions orientated mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with full MS Office Suite
  • Polished, energetic, and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of financial industry an asset
