More and more brands each day, both independent and national chains, choose to deliver with Skip. With your passion for building and managing long-lasting relationships, you'll help us continue to expand our reach while setting our partners up for success. You'll also create continuous, irresistible value that keeps everyone satisfied.
We couldn't have created Canada's biggest food delivery network without amazing restaurant partners. Our Restaurant Success team is responsible for acquiring those partners, welcoming them into our community and ensuring we are creating long-lasting relationships built on value and trust. It's not just about driving sales but you'll need to hold our partners' hands throughout our partnership and provide them with the advice they need, when they need it.
Working at SkipTheDishes as an Outside Territory Manager is all about taking ownership of your territory and driving its success. You are the owner of your market and need to do what's necessary for your territory to thrive.
What's on Your Plate:
Expand consumer choice through new restaurant acquisition with the best local restaurants in your territory. You'll be on the lookout for the hottest restaurants in town and take responsibility for bringing them onto the network and setting them up for success.
Building local strategic growth plans to create a commercially successful territory. It's your territory and with that your responsibility to ensure it's as healthy as can be. In addition to outstanding account management, you'll be on the lookout for local events and activation opportunities that will help drive consumer awareness and demand
Recipe For Success:
Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
Professional fluency in both English and French
A proven track record of field sales
A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets
Capability to understand data and turn it into effective insights
World-class communication skills
Eager to learn and improve
Razor-sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
A keen interest in the food industry and the world of restaurants
Additional languages considered an asset
Valid, full driver's license required
