We are highly experienced in eCommerce, brimming with ideas and enthusiasm, and incredibly excited about what the future will bring. A global brand and the largest online furniture store in North America for Mid Century and Modern Nordic styles.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Monitor site appearance for accuracy (product description, specification updates, price changes, photos etc.)
  • Ensure product launches have been executed accurately by examining eCommerce websites
  • Perform regular site audits for quality and experience to better the UX/UI of our site
  • Category merchandising
  • Product taxonomies, and keyword tagging
  • Identify opportunities to improve online merchandising and sales on our website
  • Analyze and report on product sales and trends, and assist with inventory management and demand planning
  • Monitor and support reporting on website sales, traffic, conversion rate and other KPI's
  • Coordinate all website and digital marketing assets, including coordination, buildout and ownership of creative assets
  • Work with internal teams and partners to mitigate any issues
  • Support the Marketing Project Manager with day-to-day eCommerce projects

Here's what you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years' direct eCommerce experience
  • Similar experience in a coordinator role an asset
  • Competent in MS Office environment, intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup) is required
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Asana
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Passionate about the ever-changing digital landscape
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt new tools
  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects
