This is a full-time position located in the Pickering office. No remote working available at this time.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define and drive the marketing strategy for online and offline campaigns
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels, including, display, mobile, search, paid social, affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Drive inbound traffic and improve LendCare's organic search rankings
  • Manage internal marketing campaigns to LendCare partner base
  • Provide recommendations, expertise and management of LendCare's Martech solutions
  • Management of the partner lifecycle from identifying opportunities to acquire new partners to customer upsell and retention campaigns
  • Ongoing optimization of campaigns using AB testing, website analytics and a variety of tools
  • Coordinate with web developers and use HubSpot to build and manage campaign landing pages
  • Provide campaign reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Provide direction and recommendations on printed collateral for sales teams and partners
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Stay current with new technologies and developments in digital marketing
  • Provide recommendations and direction on the website, using your advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO best practices
  • Work collaboratively with designers, content writer, business development and other team members
  • Other responsibilities as required

Skill Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent working experience.

5+ years of Digital Marketing experience

Experience with HubSpot is preferred

Experience with all digital ad networks including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Advertising and Programmatic networks and Marketing Automation systems

  • Experience with and working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Deep knowledge of social, programmatic, SEM, and other digital advertising
  • Strong analytical skills
  • you make data driven decisions
  • Excellent project management, with the ability to work under pressure to deliver high quality work
  • Financial services and B2B experience preferred but not required
