Better starts and ends with the customer
As an Implementation Specialist, you will support the Canada business primarily as well the United States and report directly into the implementation function. You will assist consulting and sales functions to implement new solutions for key vertical markets ensuring full alignment with all operational areas. You will coordinate the delivery of the customer solution from the first transaction, through the pilot period to operational handover. You will also contribute and support on-going projects and Continual Improvement programmes to ensure new customer implementations are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will take ownership of technical discoveries, beneficiary and payment data review and management, solution configurations, structured testing in demo and production environments. Specific focus will be made to XML development to ensure the client's data can be used by the WUBS payment platforms and returned to the client in a suitable report format. In addition, you will be required to document the solution and provide the relevant training for the client and internal operational teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have 3 or more years of experience in implementation within the Payments & FX sphere ideally, financial services or banking are also desirable. You will possess a strong technical capacity to implement solutions, troubleshoot them, understand product maps, and make recommendations therein. A university degree is desired, though not required.
