We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in Toronto!

What would a typical day look like, you ask...

You will be working with an awesome team based in Toronto and Vancouver to initiate new business relationships by prospecting and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team.

This includes activities like

  • Reaching out to leads prospected by our Lead Generation team via phone/email/LinkedIn
  • Working with an awesome team based in Vancouver and Toronto to initiate new business relationships by prospecting and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team
  • Collaborate with your team on how to prospect in fresh and innovative ways
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of our product and how it can help potential customers
  • Become one with Outreach.io
  • track your leads!

All about you:

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience (or a desire to learn!)
  • You have completed a university degree or college diploma
  • You are a go-getter. You are competitive and driven. You see the end goal and do everything to achieve it. You don't settle for second place
  • You have an amazing work ethic
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a desire to accelerate your sales career and take advantage of internal promotion opportunities!

Bonus if:

  • You have experience as a BDR/SDR at a Professional Service or SaaS company
  • You have experience in lead generation, prospecting and outbound sales using email, phone, and social media
  • You have a track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
