RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully develop robust and effective relationships with new and existing customers, including regular customer visits
  • Promote Liebherr products and services as appropriate to customer needs
  • Proactively source new customers/ business prospects
  • Seek feedback from customers to ensure Liebherr standards are maintained
  • Implement assigned Sales and/or Marketing related initiatives to improve customer reach
  • Accurately prepare quotations, tender & sales proposals and purchase requests
  • Diligently use Liebherr's CRM system to enhance market intelligence
  • Propose strategic actions to expand the Liebherr brand within Canada;
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Mining or Heavy Equipment sales
  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing or related discipline equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel regularly/extensively throughout the Territory
  • Intermediate computer & CRM skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer resolution skills
  • High level of professionalism
