JOB DESCRIPTION:

What will you work on?

Spin Master is seeking an Integrated Marketing Planning Manager, who will lead Campaign Planning for a portfolio of Kids' Toy brands. This role functions off the Account Management department servicing GBU (Brand Units

  • Clients) and working in collaboration with cross-functional COE's (Center of Excellence) to bring the plan to life for our consumers.

This is an Account Service/ Strategic role acting as a strategic partner to the GBU to write insightful IMP (Integrated Marketing Plans) Experience Briefs leveraging consumer insights, research learning and past brand learnings. You will be working in collaboration with our Insights team to connect the learnings to our planning process.

The Manager role will lead IMP briefings & collaboration sessions working hand-in-hand with each of the cross-functional experts in Media, Creative, Shoppers Marketing, Ecomm, PR, Partnerships, Social Media, Influencers, etc.

You will be planning Campaigns to support Toy's advertising, but also Entertainment and Franchise brands with a complex ecosystem and different consumer touchpoints.

You will be using communication planning tools, such as consumer journeys and campaign architectures to build the Plan in an integrated manner with a cohesive brand narrative.

This is a Global role. You will be planning primary to the US market and localizing for various International markets.

The Manager role is in charge of managing IMP Process, Calendars and Budgets. You'll be working with a Project Manager and a Finance resource to set up a flawless and efficient process meeting deadlines and budgets.

You will be accountable to create a positive climate where great work can thrive. You have a service mind, you are problem solution driven, foster integration, centralization and support GBU's and COE's on their needs to set them up for success.

How will you create impact?

Translate and shape business briefs, defining what they need, and ensuring our plans deliver against objectives.

Shape IMP narratives in collaboration with a Planner to improve our internal process.

Work closely with Research and Insights team to help ensure that we're on top of the latest consumer research and asking the right questions along the way.

Collaborate on consumer journeys that help provide integrated content solutions.

Work closely with several function teams to create more strategic plans that deliver a Consumer First approach.

Write the narrative and presentation in collaboration with a Planner for IMP.

Competitive analysis that can be included in our IMP Experience Briefs.

Lead IMP cross-functional teams and be responsible for Plan brand narrative meeting objectives, KPI's & optimizations.

Help elevate the quality of our planning process, big creative ideas and tactics.

Manage IMP Process & complex Calendars in collaboration with Project Manager

Manage IMP Budgets in collaboration with Finance.

What are your skills and experience?

5 years+ Creative Agency experience

CPG experience is not necessary but preferable.

Excellent at Client Relationships building, acting as a strategic partner with a service-mind

Experience at leading Integrated Marketing Plans with strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage a complex brand matrix managing multiple Campaign Brand Plans simultaneously.
