Job Summary:

As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will be accountable for driving growth across digital paid media channels. You're an experienced digital marketer who specializes in performance marketing planning and implementation for ecommerce. You're drawn to marketing that's rooted in data, measurement and analytics & you utilize these assets to drive growth across digital marketing channels. As a seasoned app and web performance marketing expert, you will be hands-on in the planning, development, and execution of all digital performance channels. You will be expected to deliver against aggressive business goals while managing investment for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You are agile, results-driven, detail oriented and understand a full funnel approach to driving customer behavior in a digital first landscape.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you must be able to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, covering all aspects of digital media buying including research, campaign management, optimization, creative testing and analytics.

Accountability & Responsibility:

Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for defining our performance marketing strategy & delivering initiatives that line into our overall business objectives

Accountable for media planning across all digital channels (Search, Paid Social, Affiliate & Display)

Develop comprehensive quarterly digital performance marketing plans that drive both new user acquisition & growth for SkipTheDishes

Have an acute awareness of competitor activity in the digital space

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to build out and communicate out the digital marketing calendar

Work cross functionally with Marketing Strategy, Finance, and Strategic development teams to forecast the impact of digital programs on main business KPIs

Provide initiative and perspective for adoption of new innovative ideas to drive growth in the digital space

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools and best practices to ensure SKIP is always pushing the limits on high performance digital marketing creative & ROI

Accountable for maximizing budget efficiency

Clearly communicate program results as they line into business KPIs (dashboards & ?one-pagers)

Drive experimentation & A/B testing initiatives cross-channels

Influence attribution and measurement systems

Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Analytics, Product, Marketing Strategy & Creative to drive standard methodologies, identify testing opportunities, and develop playbooks for on-going initiatives

Communicate effectively and facilitate strong working relationships with vendor partners, owning the relationship with external channel reps, utilizing each to its fullest potential for different customer segments.

Support executing digital programs in platform (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc,) if required

Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years of digital marketing experience with performance marketing focus

Experience working in app & mobile marketing for ecommerce

Strategic, creative & data driven marketing with a proven ability to solve undefined problems and think outside the box to deliver on strategic outcomes

Practical experience executing campaigns and analyzing results across paid social, Google Ads, display & video marketing

Proven experience building and delivering digital marketing plans on time & budget

Up to date on the latest trends and able to translate that into performance marketing content

Proven experience with analytical tools & CRM systems

Positive ?can do' attitude with a history of anticipating problems and proactively finding solutions

Outstanding time and project management skills

Exceptional attention to detail

High degree of initiative, self motivated and energetic individual

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
