RESPONSIBILITIES :

Work directly with sales teams on identified accounts, providing pre and post sales insights and analytics.

Managing multiple ad-hoc requests in a timely fashion by prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of internal customers.

Anticipate needs of stakeholders in supplying proactive information.

Lead and/or support project teams and change programs or initiatives to establish or enhance sales processes, tools, and competencies to drive measurable sales productivity improvement.

Communicate effectively in supporting our channel partners as a local resource on procedural guidance and fostering information exchange on processes and initiatives.

Handle customer complaint issues and delivery escalations with a customer centric attitude.

Collaborate effectively with the sales operations, marketing team, sales teams, and other business unit groups to support the improvement of sales competency and enablement.

In partnership with the marketing team, provide support for Rockwell Automation events, tradeshows, third party event promotions, local marketing campaigns and customer webinars.

Quickly learn and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Software related field.

Minimum 2 or more years of experience in a support role within sales or operational related field.

Exceptional communication and organization skills combined with a positive attitude. Verbal and written English is required. French language ability is an asset.

Must be able and willing to travel up to 10% of the time to the Canadian and US offices occasionally. Additional travel to off-site facilities, commercial event venues and Channel Partner Locations will also be required.

Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.

Experience in business-to-business sales, specifically in manufacturing or software-related solutions

Knowledge of industrial automation business and related product and service offerings

Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, MS Office)

Experience with CRM applications (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Power BI dashboards

Demonstrated self-starter, leadership, creativity, influence, and critical thinking skills

Prior process improvement an asset, Green/Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma

Excellent organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
