As a member of Skip's eCRM Marketing Team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy for eCRM campaigns & programs, taking into consideration the marketing and eCRM objectives for the courier stakeholder group. You will work closely with the eCRM Marketing Manager and Courier Marketing Manager to define the eCRM strategy, to plan, optimize and report on campaigns. This includes lifecycle, campaign support and email automations to meet courier activation and retention targets, deliver behavioural impacts, improve network efficiencies, and deliver the best courier experience. You are a team player, agile, results-driven, detail-oriented and understand a full-funnel approach to driving user behaviour in the eCRM ecosystem with a keen passion for influencing behaviour by delivering the right message at the right time in the right context.
What's On Your Plate:
Accountability & Responsibility
Develop, execute & manage eCRM strategy to deliver data-driven, cross-channel marketing campaigns (Email, Push, etc.) for the courier stakeholder group
Implement actionable, measurable courier lifecycle, campaign and ad-hoc strategies for driving courier activation, frequency and reactivation for each zone
Building dashboards that clearly communicate results and progress towards achieving business KPIs to stakeholders in timely manner
Responsible for data modelling & segmentation for all courier campaigns
Partner closely with internal creative teams and product teams to execute end-to-end email campaigns including content, production, testing, setup, and execution
Supporting the team troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.
Apply your analytical skills through A/B testing, as well as analyzing and reporting on key metrics such as click-through, conversion and open rates
Work closely with the BI and insights team to measure impact of eCRM programs and identify opportunities for future campaign performance
Ensure email compliance with CASL/CAN-SPAM/anti-spam and privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience with B2B marketing
Experience is eCRM software such as Braze, Hubspot, Capsule, Zoho, etc
Deep knowledge of email and push notification standard methodologies, automations and experience designing and executing A/B tests
Experience with Tableau dashboards and data resourcing
Experience communicating with a user base >500,000
Understanding of eCommerce (acquisition, retention, conversion, segmentation) & experience in creating tailored user journeys
Strong data management experience including organizing, segmenting, importing, and analyzing large data files
