Bath Fitter is an industry leading bath remodeler with locations across the U.S, Canada and Europe. The Marketing Strategist is responsible for leading the strategy, execution and performance analysis of all Bath Fitter media in assigned U.S. locations including Chicago, Indianapolis, Nashville and Detroit. This is a high profile role that will manage $15 million in media budgets and be key in driving customer demand with an omni-channel media plan including TV, OTT, Search, Social, Display and Affiliate. Responsibilities

  • Develop means of measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns from all media platforms;
  • Conduct market research, in their assigned location, to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends;
  • Assess performance and share actionable insights from multiple data sources to propose recommendations;
  • Track trends and identify opportunities to drive lead and sales growth;
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions, along with the Marketing Director, to develop ideas for creative campaigns;
  • Set and manage marketing budget in assigned locations.
  • Coordinate the execution of media and creative programs in their assigned market;
  • Lead the collaboration with the media agency in the execution and performance of strategies and plans within their market;
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to increase brand awareness;
  • Be key point of contact for retail network in assigned locations with monthly reporting and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Superior communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret insights and propose recommendations.
  • Strong marketing and media plan development and project management skills.
  • Experience with a CRM system or other data driven system.
  • Capable of working well both in dependently
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
