Job Description

Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment? As a Senior Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the strategic aspects of Skyline Living's marketing program delivery by assisting with strategy and marketing plan creation, performing in depth market research, providing market reports for assigned regions across Canada, creating various marketing and communications materials, while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities. This position will help to maintain the Skyline Living brand integrity as well as assist in other special projects.

What we look for:

  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to establish project lead times and schedule key completion dates for each stage of a project.
  • Experience researching market needs for various locations and communicating recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to coordinate and ability to participate in the creation and distribution of various marketing and communications materials, including email communications, presentations, collaterals, and advertisements while being consistent with the brand guidelines.
  • Experience with strategy and marketing plan creation, as well as conducting research analysis on various target markets.
  • Strong communications skills to converse and coordinate with external suppliers and other marketing contacts, including print agencies, photographers, internal staff, and local businesses as needed.
  • A keen eye for detail! You'll be required to audit advertisements and communications to ensure all information is current, such as market rent and availability, and compliments marketing's strategic goals.
  • Organizational strengths to review design requests, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience in a regional based marketing model.
