Summary:

The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include manage and enhance the company's brand or reputation in the public's eye, ensure brand consistency, supervise and lead the Marketing department to achieve their targets and attending tradeshows local and overseas.

Job Duties:

  • Work with the marketing team to create, deliver, edit and optimize all marketing materials
  • Lead the development of company wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement
  • Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence
  • Collaborate with designers and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audience
  • Assist with all aspects of executing marketing events, tradeshows and customer events
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-year experience of leading a Marketing department

  • Marketing experience in the food or NHP industry is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience hosting events, tradeshows, branding promotion and sampling
  • Leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & listening)
  • Hard-working, proactive and a team player
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with other general computer skills
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times
  • Work Conditions:

    • Full-time, Monday to Friday availability
    • Sitting/walking throughout the day
    • Working on a computer for most of the day
    • Overtime may be required
    • Travel to the site and off-site locations will be required
    • Work both indoors and outdoors at tradeshows/demos
    • Ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player
    • Have good attendance and safety record
