This position will organize and support the business development and sales teams while driving new marketing campaigns, overseeing brand development, and handling the company's public/media relations. The position requires enthusiasm and creativity, strong analytical & organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be intellectually curious, have a passion for solar/ renewable energy and know how to manage self-motivated team-members. This role will be working directly with the senior professionals of the firm and will have the opportunity to get involved in every aspect of the solar project development business.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities
  • Lead development and execution of business-to-business marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain firm's website content and social media strategy
  • Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
  • Manage media & public relations, including the generation & dissemination of press releases
  • Oversee design & production of firm's marketing collateral
  • Manage planning & logistics for periodic event & trade show activities
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
