Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and creating the product and solution positioning and messaging
  • Assist in the building of sales and marketing materials such as decks and client presentations
  • Assist in performing prospect demos and client support
  • Support the marketing and sales department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing for Fobi and our clients
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management for Fobi and for our clients
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various sales and marketing channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality voice
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and identify trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in Product Marketing
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Should have a firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Must have a high level of creativity and positivity, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to ask for help, take advice under consideration, and be able to say "I don't know" rather than guessing
  • Must be able to shift project priorities rapidly and wear multiple hats
  • HubSpot Marketing, Sales & CMS experience would be an asset

Location

Our head office is in Vancouver, so you need to be a Canadian resident with the right to work for any employer, located in western Canada.
