Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive person to produce best-in-class graphic design materials, and provide support for additional marketing tasks. The qualified candidate must demonstrate a strong foundation in graphic design, an aptitude with layouts, a great attitude and team spirit, and a strong work ethic. The candidate requires advanced knowledge of the Creative Suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Produce first-class collateral (including but not limited to brochures, proposals, email campaigns, postcards, maps, floor plans and social media posts) and maintains it to a consistently high standard.

Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design.

Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production.

May investigate, compare and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper and printing.

Identify opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials.

Ensure compliance with company standards regarding the company logo and consistency of marketing products.

Works on additional special marketing projects and other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelor of Fine Arts degree preferred with a minimum of two years related experience and/or


Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to

effectively present information.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills, and ability to solve problems.

Other Skills and/or Abilities

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Keen eye for design and layout with strong attention to detail.

Strong work ethic, with the ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities.

Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles.

Intermediate skills with web design.

Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint ,Word and MS Excel.

Basic project management, editing and writing skills required.

Ability to be efficient, timely, and reliable in a team setting.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and reprioritize workload to accommodate new projects/requests.

Ability to work with minimal to no supervision.
