Motorola Solution's Video Division designs, develops, and manufactures advanced AI, video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions that help change the way people interact with their security systems.

Job Description

Motorola is seeking a social and self-motivated Community Adoption Manager. This is a full-time position that is responsible for the promotion, reporting, and requirements gathering Video Solutions & Fixed Video's customer-facing Online Communities. This person will partner with the Community Product Manager to act as a facilitator between different departments to encourage online engagement with the growing communities. They are also responsible for engaging with customers queries, starting conversations and keeping our community alive. This person will work closely with the Knowledge Manager, Technical Support Leadership, and Customer Experience teams to shape the long-term vision and strategy of the Online Community.

Responsibilities include :

Represent the voice of Motorola's Video Division online and work with other teams to foster online engagement

Work with Partners and End Customers to get them engaging in the Community

Stay well informed of trends with online communities & provide insight into how we can remain as a leading-edge manufacturer and software provider

Qualifications :

1-2 years of experience in project management or marketing

Experience with creating an online community or business a plus

Analytical experience to gather key business and user insights

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project Management experience a plus

SEO and SEM skill a plus

A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
