Position Overview

Working on StickerYou's Sales team, this Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing revenue by converting inbound leads, hitting individual monthly targets and contributing to the team's monthly targets. Reporting directly to the Sales Supervisor, the ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, organized and a problem solver who is able to apply critical thinking skills to a vast range of scenarios to provide customer-centric solutions. This is a fast paced role serving a high volume of requests and support for B2B (small and medium sized companies) and B2C customers. Success in the role relies heavily on a strong ability to communicate clearly, help customers define their need or specifications or present product options and ability to handle deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by converting leads
  • Convert leads by following up with potential customers by phone, email, chat.
  • Recommend products that best suit customer needs, grow revenue and follow established procedures
  • Brainstorm with the team on strategies to improve outward communication, gain actionable insight on customer issues, boost revenue growth and increase employee morale
  • Communicate openly with management about concerns and opportunity to improve processes, user experience, software and/or employee issues
  • Investigate missing, incorrect and/or incomplete orders using the available information
  • Provide solutions that meet customer needs and follow established policies
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in CRM to monitor trends and develop sales strategies
  • Interact with Production and Art teams to anticipate and avoid product quality issues
  • Establish customer loyalty and retention by responding to customer inquiries quickly and respectfully
  • Contribute to Sales Team meetings by voicing customer facing insights and concerns
  • Issue invoices to customers and ensure sales documentation is complete and on time
  • Completes special projects when assigned by the Sales Supervisor
  • Alternative responsibilities may be added

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education in the Graphic Arts, Business or Retail Management or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 2+ years' work experience in a sales oriented role selling products or services in a high volume, results oriented environment
  • Intermediate knowledge in Google Apps, Adobe Illustrator, Excel and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Slack, Help Scout or Freshbooks (bonus)
  • Experience in the graphic arts or printing business (bonus)
  • Willing and able to work extra hours (evenings and weekends) as required
