The Digital Marketing Specialist and Growth Hacker's role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products as well as discovering the frontiers of growth and executing campaigns along those frontiers. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Another main objective of the role will be to drive continuous improvement of user metrics.
Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, presentations, newsletters, infographics, press releases and social media content)
Maintain a strong company voice online
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments. Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies, digital design, and social media marketing trends
Establish our social media presence and work to improve our overall brand recognition through other digital properties (e.g. websites)
Define user personas and create compelling social media content to attract, engage and retain our target audience
Follow art direction and brand guidelines and apply design standards in digital content including social media posts, brand website priorities, and marketing collateral
Draft, schedule, and manage daily social media content
Researching user experience and digital marketing concepts to improve consumer engagement on social media
Bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow KPIs
A/B testing those ideas
Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Driving traffic to websites, landing pages, social media, apps
Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks
Optimizing channels in order to always improve performance
Scaling and Automating the growth processes
Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth
Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback, locate and execute on growth opportunities and present results
2+ Years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
Solid knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), WordPress
Familiarity with Elementor for WordPress, Google Suite, YouTube, and LinkedIn is beneficial
Knowledge of picture editing software such as Adobe
Experience executing paid social media campaigns
Be data-driven and have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
Have A/B testing experience
Be able to leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas
Be social and understanding of users' behaviour. Also having great customer relations skills and the ability to focus on customer experience.
Editing and copywriting skills
Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
