Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for advertising and marketing Chevron's products through activities such as brand, loyalty program management and developing campaigns and channel strategies. Reporting to a Singapore-based Regional Manager for Marketing Activation, this exciting opportunity is based in Brisbane but will require occasional travel to operations across the country.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for the in country execution of brands, products and solutions in collaboration with country business, while coordinating with the Regional MSS team to drive Customer Centricity & Digitization.

Lead a team executing initiatives across target audiences of B2C consumer, B2B customer and channel segments.

Direct reports include loyalty & payments, brand & products, B2B & channel activation whilst directly covering insights and digital marketing.

Responsible for in-country Operational Excellence standards, Compliance requirements and Capital Expenditure and Operating Expense budgets.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Holds a bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing)

10 to 15 years of experience in marketing

Leadership role including managing a diverse team

Digital fluency
