If so, our Sales Specialist opening sounds like a perfect

fit for you! You will be the first and consistent point of contact for our

customers before they enter the dealership, while they are with us, when

they leave, and when they return.

As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible to welcome

customers and actively listen to understand their needs. Using a

consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customers

needs. Creating an exceptional vehicle delivery experience for the

customer. Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches.

Setting and achieving targeted sales goals. Gaining and demonstrating

superior product knowledge to effectively help customers. Transition

customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience.

Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and

retention.

provide to our customers throughout their entire car purchase journey.

The Qualifications

No prior sales experience necessary

Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact

Well-groomed, professional appearance

Meticulous organization and and follow-up skills

Demonstrates problem solving skills; ability to prioritize workload

Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressured environment

Valid driver licence
