Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Commercial Marketing Manager leads marketing initiatives that support our sales team's success. As a key member of our go-to-market stream, you will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and surpass their expectations.

You will:

  • Stay in lockstep with our sales team to maintain alignment with their sales strategy, pipeline, priorities, and upcoming activities
  • Manage all marketing-related requests from sales, working with our creative team to produce assets including slides, slide decks, and brochures
  • Maintain a resource library to support the sales team, including marketing assets as well as talking points such as competitive differentiators and objection handlers
  • Plan and own strategic marketing activities for target executive audiences on an annual and quarterly basis, using the OKR framework
  • Lead implementation of commercial marketing initiatives across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels including key conferences
  • Report on commercial marketing success and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and aware of customer and competitor activity in order to maximize contributions to business development

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing for SaaS products
  • Proven ability to successfully partner with sales teams to increase revenue
  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry
  • Experience marketing to pharmaceutical executives
