As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our leadership team in bringing to life our Gusto 54 brands to life both internally and externally. The person in this role will be responsible for creating original content (copy, design, photos) and online communication with our loyal fans and followers (community management). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within Marketing to learn about multiple different facets including social media, design, community management, employee engagement, and design.


Social Media and Marketing

Planning and executing our social media strategy, including regular posting on Instagram

Ideate and create content for social media posts and campaigns

Daily engagement, management and community management of multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram), tracking and analyzing key social media metrics

Updating & maintaining other platforms such as; Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Indeed

Assist with photography briefs for in-house photographer

Assist with design and create marketing collateral for all existing restaurants using Adobe Creative Suite programs: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

Support with marketing initiatives surrounding the launch of new restaurants (events, partnerships, promotions, public relations, influencers, etc.)

Support the Marketing Team on other exciting marketing initiatives, as needed


Create content publishing, and distribution of quarterly online newsletter to customers in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Manager

Brand Marketing

Provide assistance to Marketing & Communications Manager

Public Relations

Provide support in executing and promoting PR initiatives

Own and manage clippings library

Assist in tracking PR metrics and results

Assist with coordination of influencer marketing, press releases and media coverage outreach

Internal Communications & Culture

Create and manage employee-centric content for our Gusto 54 Restaurant Group Instagram account (@gusto54restaurantgroup) and internal newsletter

Review and manage incoming requests for Gusto Gives Back

  • our charitable division

Support on design of creative assets for internal announcements

Lead the creation of internal training videos

Preference will be given to candidates who:

Have a passion for food, drink, and hospitality

Have 1+ years of experience in a social media or marketing role or demonstrated ability to create timely and engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, PowerPoint Presentations, printed collateral)

Excellent verbal and written skills

  • able to learn and take on the brand voice of multiple concepts and individuals, across a variety of marketing channels

Are able to organize and manage competing priorities

Have a strong eye for design and aesthetics

Have exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy

Are self-starters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus have photography, videography, and editing skills and are comfortable with paid social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram)
