Position Overview: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the strategic growth of Skullcandy brand and products across Amazon's global marketplaces. You will lead the charge in executing various aspects of the digital marketing plan, including implementation of promotional offers, visual merchandising, and new product launches.


  • Lead the charge on lifecycle management of Skullcandy products on Amazon, ensuring product listings are merchandized/optimized to drive conversion.
  • Manage the execution of Skullcandy promotions, ensuring the right of promotion tiers are adopted, and adequate funding is provided to drive optimal profitability outcomes for the account.
  • Manage a catalog of web-only line extensions, partnering with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive sales and meet profitability targets.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate inventory is available during key selling periods.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in our Global Head Office (Park City, Utah) to gather on-brand content that suits the needs of Amazon's various merchandising and customer engagement outlets.
  • Drive execution of Amazon advertising plans across in-house, agency and Amazon-managed services.
  • Compile and present weekly highlights on digital advertising efforts, and sharing insights on account performance. Occasionally, you will also present launch briefings and post-mortems to an internal executive audience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business (Marketing)


  • Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, with comfort with Excel/PowerPoint (and Google equivalents)
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe application suite is preferred
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, and Amazon Advertising
  • Familiarity with Amazon business metrics
