We give homebuyers a backstage pass to project details and a scoring system for relevant property comparisons. MLA Blue is for homebuyers looking to purchase premium real estate through a transparent and efficient online platform, and for realtors seeking premium allocations for their clients. The lifecycle of projects is considerably faster, and resources are leaner. Leveraging the platform that we have built over 20 years, we partner with developers to sell a percentage of unit allocations in a given project. As we work with a hybrid remote policy, even before Covid, we will continue to adapt this method as we continue to navigate the guidelines administered by public health. Please note, only residents of the Lower Mainland will be considered at this time as we do require team members to collaborate in office and/or in person as needed. This is not a full- time remote opportunity.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Sales Manager to join our MLA Blue team! TheThis is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of a new and innovative business line where your contributions will shape our processes and directly impact our success.

The core responsibilities for the role will be, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the sales process Is executed in a friendly and professional way, in conjunction with the MLA Core Values and the MLA Experience, always leading by example
  • Building an exceptional brand experience for MLA's clients and prospective Purchasers, while delivering a world-class customer experience
  • Working closely with the Director of Blue, Marketing and Media Manager
  • Communicating with the client to provide daily updates and garnering feedback
  • Overseeing the entire customer journey from registration to contract execution
  • Scheduling, managing, and overseeing all database-related activities throughout the program
  • Conducting phone campaigns with prospective purchasers and realtors
  • Leveraging our MLA Live platform to conduct Interactive tours
  • Hosting virtual and In person realtor events
  • Touring the developer's sales gallery with qualified buyers
  • Successfully achieving weekly and monthly sales targets




  • 3+ years' of Real Estate experience, in a Project Marketing capacity preferred
  • An active Real Estate License with the REBGV
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Office 365)
  • Experience using Hubspot and Avesdo preferred, but not required
  • Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment
  • An amazing attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven time-management skills while working under pressure
  • Outgoing, personable attitude
