About the Position:

We are seeking a motivated Fund Sales who is experienced in the real estate and wealth management industry. The candidate will need to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, think outside the box, and have a keen eye for new opportunities. In this management role, he/she will take the responsibilities for recruiting, coaching, team management and demonstrate his leadership to achieve company goals. The candidate also has a passion for networking and enjoys seeking clients to build the company's potential pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and practice investment activities of the Company.
  • Build long-term business relationships with new and existing investors and builders in order to bring new projects to the team.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Motivating team members to exceed expected goals.
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Researching the market and industry trends.
  • Play a key role in advising customers of high-level financial solutions from a range of available investments.
  • Engage with customers and create positive experiences to retain, deepen relationships, and addressing their concerns, raising matters as appropriate to team members or partners while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Communicate between multiple departments on achieving long-term sales goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for the frontline staff in handling customer problems.
  • Strive to achieve and improve team productivity to meet the targets.

Qualifications:

We are careful to select people that have demonstrated excellence through their skills, character, and background.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Financial Sales and Planning, team coaching, or Consulting capacity, preferably within a real estate or wealth management industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision-making.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within, as well as, outside the company.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player, encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • With a personality well suited for a fast-paced sales environment, meeting deadlines, and self-managing for personal and professional success.
  • With a strong network of clients and the ability to grow that network.
