The Opportunity:

Your impact, 90 days and beyond:

  • Build and execute a high impact growth strategy across multiple digital channels including SEM, and marketing automation
  • Develop a growth strategy to build service professional relationships in emerging markets
  • Lead and grow a team of channel experts that are passionate about empowering service professionals to build their reputations
  • Own performance reporting and ensure that marketing channels are exceeding management plans
  • Work in sync with our B2C marketing teams to ensure that our marketplace is balanced, healthy and growing fast


  • A proven track record of building a high performance marketing team
  • Development of a marketing plan to deliver and surpass team KPIs and corporate objectives
  • Data-driven strategist, that can lead rapid testing and pivots
  • Ability to lead a team of expert core contributors in SEM, SEO, direct response advertising, social media and lifecycle marketing
  • Demonstrated history of hiring, mentoring and upskilling your direct reports
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns and make informed recommendations on future strategies
