We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the customer digital experience (outside of product) including web, content, email, paid media, SEO, inbound strategy, and marketing automation. We're searching for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who is excited about our mission of powering the world with a seamless workplace experience. Optix is building towards a self-serve model for revenue growth, making this role a key driver of Optix's growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business (Content, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Creative Services, and Product) to deliver an omnichannel digital experience to prospective and current customers. Utilizing your strong B2B lead generation and marketing skills, you will drive lead generation through various online channels and help us expand our digital footprint, brand awareness, and partners program.

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience and proven track record of success in digital marketing in the SaaS space, deep understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, SEO, conversion optimization, marketing analytics/attribution, paid acquisition, and SaaS lead generation
  • Experience in managing marketing programs for a SaaS startup
  • Proven success at driving awareness and leads through technical B2B platforms
  • Experience in running email, content, and social media campaigns
  • Communication skills to write clear, accurate, and concise online content for social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to flex between strategy and execution
  • You are excited to join a growing start-up and lead the testing, optimizing, and scaling of our marketing content efforts

What you'll do

  • Own the strategy, execution, and results of all digital channels: paid media, web, email, inbound, SEO and lifecycle marketing
  • You will lead, execute and report on OKRs and Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) for the marketing team
  • Measure and communicate results, successes, opportunities, learnings, and improvements on a diverse range of initiatives in a clear, simple, and engaging manner to senior leadership
  • Build up and mentor a diverse team of highly ambitious and cross-functional growth professionals, currently 2 people
  • Collaborate with the web strategy team to develop and execute our conversion rate optimization strategy across our website, landing pages, and email campaigns
  • Support the growth and development of Optix's website to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and existing customers on both web and mobile
  • Develop and iterate on our demand generation processes to continuously improve the way things are done
  • Iterate on Optix's technology stack (ex: email. marketing automation software, CMS, etc) to keep up with an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Lead forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of demand creation activities
  • Support forecasting of sign-ups, trials, and revenue in partnership with other key stakeholders
  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams and stakeholders to support and deliver on Optix's go-to-market strategy
  • Drive results across the entire funnel
